1. Are you a factory or trader?
Lan Anh: We are a factory in Vietnam, with about 20 years manufacturing experience.
2. How about your production capacity?
Lan Anh: Take the sealing ring for an example, 30000000pcs/month.
3. How do you make sure the good quality?
Lan Anh: We have QC team, who is take inspection over the whole production processing, they check the color, hardness, Tensile strength, odor and so on.
And our workers are used to the strict quality requirement, they will take care of the products during the producing, watch the size, and appearance.
4. Leadtime
Lan Anh: Stock products, 1-2days.
Making samples will takes 2-7days,
Bulk Order: 7-30days.
5. Payment terms:
Lan Anh: 50% in advance, balance be paid before shipment.
For the order is less than USD10000, 100% in advance is required.
6. Certification of your products.
Lan Anh: We can provide goods with FDA certificats, TUV, SGS, ROHS, UL, it depens on customer's requirement.
7. Do you provide Customization service?
Lan Anh: Yes, we make mode according to your requirement. So the frst thing is that, customers send us the 3D drawing or physical sample.
