A RUBBER GASKET is a smart component that seals against both liquids and gases. They are the perfect solution to fill in irregularities and connect two surfaces together. The characteristics of a gasket are to be manipulable and able to warp into the tight space it is designed for.

Production Processing
1. If we have stock of MATERIAL, we would start production soon, say 5days.
While, if the material is out of stock, we may need about 25 days to stock the material(QC works throughout the whole production process).
2. Make the MOLD according to the project(QC).
3. Add the VULCANIZING AGENT.
4. MIX the silicone rubber and adjust the COLOR to match it as per customer required(QC)
5. CUT the vulcanized material into slices according to the mold.
5. Put the material into the machine, VULCANIZATION & SHAPING(QC).
6. When the products ready, the workers will do TRIMMING.
7. We will print the customed LOGO if required.
8. QC and CLEAN before packing.
9. PACKING, Usually, PE inside , Carton Outside, Carons on pallets if needed.
10. Products be transfered to the WAREHOUSE to be delivered.

Order Processing FYI
1. First, send the Inquiry with 3D drawing or sample to us, and tell us the hardness and Tensile strength required, as more detaill as better.
2. We will analysis the inquiry, and offer the quotation.
3. Buyers accept the quotation, confirm the trial order of sampling, and make payment.
4. We will do sampleing and test, and send the sample or test report to customer.
5. Sample confirmed, buyers place the bulk order.
6. We send the official PI for confirmation.
7. Buyers make the payment, and send the payment proof to us.
8. After the payment received, we will arrange the production.
9. We will notice the buyers when products is about to ready, and book the inspection time with customers, or we show pictures for confirmation.
10. As soon as the inspection passed, we will arrange delivery according to the items we both agreed with the buyers.easy FYI
